Sbragia Update Regarding COVID-19
March 16, 2020.
To our Valued Customers and Friends:
We would first like to express our gratitude to you during this time. Your safety and well-being, and that of our associates are of paramount importance to us. The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has likely had an impact on all of us in some way, and we continue to monitor this evolving situation closely and regularly. Informed by guidance from federal, state and Sonoma County authorities, we are making real-time decisions for our customers, associates and the community at large. To maintain a sense of normalcy for our staff and the local community, we will remain open for wine tasting and pick-up orders. We welcome you to visit our spacious outdoor patio with plenty of fresh air and open space. Reservations are encouraged so we can appropriately plan and operate in a restricted capacity limit of 50 guests. You can make a reservation at concierge@sbragia.com or by calling 707-473-2992 x 109.
Per this guidance, we are taking immediate steps to minimize the impact of COVID-19. These steps include:
-
Postpone our upcoming winery events including our Spring Release weekend, March 21st, and 22nd. Reservations are still welcome during this weekend for tastings and pickups.
-
Disinfecting tables and chairs in our tasting rooms after each group use
-
Disinfecting door handles and restrooms many times a day
-
Placing hand sanitizers throughout the tasting room
-
Requiring our employees to thoroughly wash their hands every 30 minutes
-
Separating tables and much as possible and by at least ten feet
-
Minimizing physical contact, including handshaking
-
Complimentary curbside pick-up on orders
-
Free delivery to Sonoma County residents
All our associates, managers and employees have been advised and regularly reminded to follow a general safety protocol of regular handwashing, ongoing sanitization of surfaces and restrooms, minimal physical contact, and staying home if feeling unwell.
We look forward to seeing and serving you at either the winery tasting room in the bucolic Dry Creek Valley or our tasting lounge in the city of Sonoma. We value our long-standing relationships and hope to see you soon. Be assured we are doing all we can to support the health and safety of our customers and staff alike.
